House Rules – Shanti Nivas

Welcome to Shanti Nivas!
We are happy to have you as our guest. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow these house rules.

1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 2 pm
Check-out: until 10 am
Please notify us in advance if you plan to arrive earlier or leave later.

2. Respect for Nature & Wildlife

Please respect the natural surroundings.
You are welcome to enjoy the waterfall for swimming or relaxation, but always follow safety signs and instructions.
Gold prospecting or mining is strictly prohibited within the property (there is no gold, we checked it).
Do not disturb or feed animals.
Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
Avoid picking plants or damaging trees.

3. Noise & Conduct

Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Be considerate of other guests and neighbors.

4. Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Alcohol consumption is permitted responsibly.
Please do not leave bottles or waste outside.

5. Pets

Pets are allowed.
Owners must supervise and clean up after their pets.

6. Safety & Security

Lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not enter restricted areas.
Use fire safely and follow instructions for stoves, heaters, or campfires.
Some of our staff members have disabilities. Please treat all employees with respect and patience.
Follow any safety instructions or assistance guidance provided by our staff.

7. Visitors

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Day visitors are welcome [with prior approval].

8. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Please report any accidents or damages immediately.

9. Facilities & Equipment

Use facilities and equipment responsibly.
Return borrowed items to their proper place.
Do not remove items from the property.

10. Waste & Recycling

Separate waste according to the instructions provided.
Help us protect the environment by minimizing unnecessary waste.

11. Emergencies

In case of fire, medical emergencies, or accidents, contact [phone number or staff] immediately.
Follow emergency instructions posted on-site.

12. Compliance

By staying at Shanti Nivas, guests agree to follow these house rules.
Failure to comply may result in termination of stay without refund in serious cases.
