Welcome to Shanti Nivas Nature Park.

Our goal is to offer every guest a peaceful retreat while protecting the unique rainforest that surrounds us. By respecting these simple guidelines, you help preserve this special place for future visitors and generations to come.

1. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: until 10:00 AM
  • Please contact us in advance if you require an earlier arrival or later departure.

2. Respect for Nature & Wildlife

  • Please respect the natural surroundings.
  • You are welcome to enjoy the waterfall for swimming or relaxation. As it is a natural environment, please use it at your own risk and supervise children at all times.
  • Gold prospecting, mining or any excavation activities are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
  • Do not disturb or feed wildlife.
  • Please dispose of waste in the designated bins.
  • Please leave all plants, flowers and trees exactly as you found them.
  • Stay on existing paths whenever possible.
  • Please help us protect native trees and young saplings.
  • Leave nature exactly as you found it.
  • Guests are warmly invited to plant a native tree and become part of our long-term forest restoration project.

3. Peace & Consideration

  • Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  • Respect the privacy of other guests and our local neighbors.

4. Smoking & Alcohol

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
  • Alcohol may be consumed responsibly. Excessive drinking and disruptive behavior are not permitted.

5. Pets

  • Well-behaved pets are welcome.
  • Please keep them under control at all times and clean up after them.
  • Protect local wildlife by preventing pets from chasing animals.

6. Safety

  • Please keep doors and windows locked when leaving your accommodation.
  • Do not enter restricted or staff-only areas.
  • Use fire, grills and cooking equipment responsibly.
  • Some members of our team have disabilities. Please treat every employee with kindness, respect and patience.
  • Always follow the instructions of our staff regarding safety.

7. Visitors

  • Only registered guests may stay overnight.
  • Day visitors are welcome with prior approval.

8. Damages

  • Please treat the property, furniture and equipment with care.
  • Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.
  • Please report any damage immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

9. Facilities

  • Please use all facilities responsibly.
  • Return borrowed equipment after use.
  • Please do not remove items belonging to the property.

10. Waste & Sustainability

  • Please separate waste according to the provided instructions.
  • Help us reduce plastic waste whenever possible.
  • Use water and electricity responsibly.
  • Every small action helps protect our rainforest.

11. Emergencies

  • In case of fire, medical emergencies or accidents, contact our staff immediately.
  • Follow all emergency instructions displayed on the property.

12. Compliance

  • By staying at Shanti Nivas, you agree to respect these house rules.
  • Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of your stay without refund.
