The Vacation Home
Coming soon! – Our Vacation Home
Our vacation home is currently still under construction and is being created with great care and respect for the surrounding nature. The goal is to create a place that combines comfort, openness, and a sense of home – nestled in the calm and vast landscape of Bukidnon.
The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests. The heart of the home is the spacious living and dining area, where large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the space and offer open views of the surrounding nature. It is a bright and welcoming place for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time together.
The modern kitchen is functional and well equipped, inviting guests to cook together and share moments. For additional comfort, Wi-Fi, a television, and thoughtful details ensure a pleasant and uncomplicated stay.
The outdoor area is also an important part of the overall concept. A fire pit offers space for shared evenings under the open sky, conversations, and quiet moments by the fire. For our younger guests, a children’s playground is being created, providing room for movement, creativity, and carefree play.
The vacation home at Shanti Nivas is not intended to be a luxury property, but a place of connection, slowing down, and mindful living – a temporary home that offers space for community, closeness to nature, and true relaxation.
Latest Update:
Construction is progressing well, and the first furniture is arriving. The last tiles are being laid, window frames are being installed, and the doors have been delivered. The house for our employees is also rapidly taking shape. Plans are now underway for an additional multi-purpose hall with an outdoor kitchen and fire pit. The first image shows the location of the house and the waterfall. The next image shows the house for our workers. Our so-called retreat—a multi-purpose hall with ample space for sports, games, relaxation, cooking, and unwinding—is planned. Construction is scheduled to begin immediately after the completion of the other two projects. It would be fantastic if everything is finished when we arrive in July.

This is what it should look like eventually. Will it work out with the pool?
